Why use a mold dog?
Mold dogs more accurate than humans at detecting mold (approximately 97% accurate vs. 70% accurate). They also are able to identify toxic mold more quickly than human inspectors using mechanical devices.
How dogs do it
Mold dogs are trained in mold detection work to alert their handlers to mold they scent which is hidden from our view. This allows us to quickly find mold without needing to bore into buildings needlessly, saving you time, money and mess.
